PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS (FREE WORK)
By accepting and using images provided by Cameron Haxell/ CHX Media, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope
These images are provided on a complimentary basis for agreed purposes only. Any expectations around the shoot or image use should be discussed in advance.
2. Image Delivery
Images will be delivered at the Photographer’s discretion. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed but will be reasonable where possible.
3. Editing and Alterations
Images must not be edited, altered, filtered, or modified in any way.
If any edits are required, requests must be made directly to the Photographer.
4. Copyright and Usage
All images remain the intellectual property (copyright) of the Photographer.
Images provided under this agreement are strictly for non-commercial use only.
Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
Advertising
Paid promotions
Business marketing
Sale of products or services
If the Client wishes to use any image for commercial purposes, this must be agreed in advance and may be subject to a licensing fee.
5. Portfolio Use
The Photographer retains the right to use all images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
Where reasonable, the Photographer may wait until the Client has made initial use of the images before sharing them publicly.
6. Proper Use
Images must not be used in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner.
7. Agreement
By using the images, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
